Welcome to jpart.net where you can view the work of Julian Phethean. He is a practicing urban/contemporary artist from London who has been scribbling on surfaces since 1988- producing his first graffiti mural at 11 yrs and having his first solo show of paintings at 17 yrs.

Since then he has progressed through art college and university to continue selling and showing his paintings on a regular basis.

Simultaneously he has maintained his stance as a graffiti artist by painting lots of legal walls and commissioned murals under the guise of 'CENZ'

His fine art and graffiti art are similar in style, energy and form and share an underlying abstract nature. The bold colours, graphic symbols and fun imagery are reflected in both and influenced by his experience as a community artist. He has recently started his own community arts business 'Positive Arts'
